Will Nvidia revive Austin’s commercial real estate market?
Nvidia is gearing up to expand in Austin with a major lease at One Uptown near The Domain, according to the Austin Business Journal.
If it goes through, it would be a big score for North Austin’s growing tech corridor.
Nvidia’s next big move:
New lease: About 100,000 square feet at One Uptown, 11515 Burnet Road
Space for an estimated 650 employees
👀 psst valued at $3.86 trillion, the world’s most valuable company

The company was initially rumored to be looking for 300,000 square feet, so this is smaller but still a serious footprint.
The deal isn’t confirmed. Nvidia, Brandywine and CBRE are staying quiet, but sources say it’s imminent.
