Let’s talk rates. Finally, some good news.
Last week - mortgage rates fell to the lowest levels in nearly 3 months.

There was a 9% increase in home purchase applications and a 37% increase in refinance applications.
Heading into the spring buying season we see purchase activity ramp up naturally. This rate decrease appears to be giving buyers a nudge to purchase.

🤠 WHAT’S HAPPENING AROUND TOWN
Want to live in a 3D printed home? You can in Mueller.
Icon is building homes from the mid-$300,000 to $1.3M. There are 12 total homes for sale - 3 have already been pre-sold. 👀 Move ins will start before the end of the year (it only takes ~2 weeks to 3D print 2,000sqft)!
1 bedrooms will be offered through the Mueller Affordable Homes Program.

One of the really interesting things about an Icon build is that there are no right angles. The 3D printer can’t create them so you get these really interesting curved lines. But - if the home is 2 stories - the 2nd story is built with traditional methods (with right angles). Icon anticipated multistory capabilities will launch in 2026.
