Welcome to Verde Square:

This 6-acre, mixed-use development near the Austin FC stadium is back on track and bigger than ever. Verde Square was supposed to be completed in 2025 but high interest rates and construction costs stalled development. Developer Matt Schwab said they “secured the right mix of tenants” during the delay and expanded their plans - increasing building heights up to 30 stories.

Situated along Burnet, Verde Square will include:

  • 369 apartments

  • 450,000 square feet of office space

  • 35,000 square feet of retail

  • 190 room hotel

  • 1 acre outdoor plaza for events 🌳 

Other upcoming Domain developments include:

  • 21-story office tower dubbed Terra @ Domain

  • 20-story apartment building by Trammel Crow

  • 500,000 square foot office project located at 11901 N MoPac

    • You’ll recognize their star tenant - IBM has agreed to lease 320,000 square feet

TLDR:

  • The Domain will be unrecognizable in the next 3-5 years

  • Influx of residential, commercial and retail properties
